Sitting on the dentist chair brings back all the dreaded moment back in the primary school with the dentist nurse is a old horrible hag with a very bad temper.

Apparently, time have changed, and my this new dentist is nice and gentle, and very funny. But seeing him also burn a big hole in my pockie

Sorry, It’s been a while since i last post, due to busy schedule and the intensity of the photos taken at Manado. I didn’t have time to Post.

Manado is a World famous dive destination, every diver whom have came here before, longed to come back to this paradise again. Surrounded by volcanoes and the 3000m deep channels, Manado offers the best any divers could ask for.

Thanks to a Kind friend, I was able to bring my Nikon D200 underwater. Now I am so bloody tempted to buy the housing!!

The rest of the photos are at my Flickr album

We set off early in the morning to celebrate Hantu Blog’s 3rd Anniversary Dive at our very own backyard (Pulau Hantu). It was a blog set up to show divers that Singapore’s water is divable. 3 years since it was set up after a massive discussion in a forum. Debby the founder, has been faithfully running trips with helps of many volunteers to bring divers around in this beautiful place.

Although Visibility is not the best in the world, Hantu has lots to offer. The low in water visibility forced divers to get close and swim at a very slow paced compared to other dive sites in the world. This has brought to discoveries of many species of nudibranches, fish, turtles, cuttlefish, sharks and so many more in Pulau Hantu.

The island has never failed to surprise us with what it has installed.

Other then Diving, we were given a land tour on hantu itself. Well we missed the low tide so we did a little reef walk knees deep in the lagoon

We even walked into the mangrove swamp, a small patch left from whats it originally was

Eeeee Sticky bottom!

We then took a walk on the inside

Woahhh look at the trees!! The place is simply beautiful

A lovely place, too bad it was quite inaccessible to public

Lovely flowers on the island

Looking for the Lapricorn

OMG look we even found a giant bunny!!

After the walk we went back to the jetty to board the boat for another dive

Finally we reach the jetty

Piang…. where’s the stupid boat????

Yippie!!! got on the boat!! lets go diving! :D

So happy we took another photo! haha

Wait a while more for the up coming underwater photos… still in process

Thank you Debby and Hantu Blog for organizing the trip and the effort to keep this awareness program running!!! Good job!

We have struggled in the war with the old printer for many years before Jackass(names been change to protect their real identity) decided to finally give up on that piece of junk ass printer.

We were so impressed by the speed that it received and printed the documents. so quiet and seamless.. Like the perfect woman..

haha

Jackass happily took a nice photo together with the new printer.

(face masked off so no one can recognize him)

Of cos not forgetting the Test Page :D

There was so much joy we opened a bottle of champaign to celebrate the joyous occasion

8 hours of travelling from Sogod, we arrive at this lovely little island seated on the outskirt of Maya, North Cebu. First thing that greeted us was the lovely sun set and the beach lined with resorts and dive center.

We are here for the thrashers :D and we saw it.. only one!! haha!
There are more then thrasher to offer at this place, due to past dynamite fishing, most of the reef around the place has been destroyed . Since it stopped, the life is slowly returning to this place.

There’s the cute little kiddos running about the island

And the lovely Sun rise

Lots and Lots of Nudibranches

The Shrimps

Small little dunno what fish

The adorable Pipe Fish

And the Brittlestar…

There are more! but im still in the mist of sorting them out :D
