Making of Peng(rice) Kuey(cake)

ingredients

A traditional Chinese food, gluttonous rice with peanuts, mushrooms and some pork, stuffed into a skin made from flour and red colouring.
Steam to Perfection then slightly pan grilled, best served with sweet sauce and topped with deep fried spring Onion.
Once a year before the Lunar 7th month (ghost Month) my mom will painstakingly make these for offerings, to the Ghostly brothers and to make my tastebud go wild :p

It was another lovely Dinner prepared by our dear chef Donnatello topped with a not too sweet but refreshing dessert of Choya Jelly.
Donnatello has never failed to whip up meal after meal of delicious dinners and desserts that sends my taste buds to 7th heaven
