A traditional Chinese food, gluttonous rice with peanuts, mushrooms and some pork, stuffed into a skin made from flour and red colouring.

Steam to Perfection then slightly pan grilled, best served with sweet sauce and topped with deep fried spring Onion.

Once a year before the Lunar 7th month (ghost Month) my mom will painstakingly make these for offerings, to the Ghostly brothers and to make my tastebud go wild :p
